List of Ingredients
1 head cabbage
1 Onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 Cup oil , heated
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Shred Cabbage; make a well in the center. Place finely chopped onion in the well;salt and pepper then add Vinegar. Pour 1/2 cup oil on onions;stir, then add another 1/2 cup oil on rest. Keeps for a week without refrigeration.
