Green Bean & Mushroom Casserole

Serves 6-8
List of Ingredients
3 Cans Whole Green Beans
1 Cup Consomme
1 pint fresh mushrooms
1 stick butter
Maggi to taste, if desired
salt to taste
Recipe
Drain all liquid from the beans. Put in bowl with undiluted consomme and let soak at least 1 hour. Broil mushrooms in butter, add to beans. (1 large can of mushrooms may be substituted for fresh ones) Pour into buttered casserole. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
