    Add some color to your Thanksgiving feast!

    List of Ingredients





    2 Lbs Fresh Green Beans
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp grated Orange Peel
    2/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
    1/3 Cup sliced, toasted almonds
    2 TBSP Honey
    Orange Peel, cut into very thin Julienne strips


    Wash and snap ends off green beans. Leave beans whole or snap into 1 inch pices.

    Fill a large saucepan half fun of water; add salt. Bring to a boil. Add green beans; bring back to a boil. Turn to medium low and simmer uncovered for 8 to 12 minutes or until beans are crisp tender. Drain well.

    Toss beans with grated orange peel, cranberries, almonds and honey.

    Transfer to a warm serving bowl and garnish with orange peel julienne pieces, if desired.

    Serves 6
