Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Makes 12-14 Servings
List of Ingredients
6 Lbs Idaho Potatoes (peeled and quartered)
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Head Garlic (roasted)
Milk
1 8 oz block sharp white cheddar cheese (grated)
1 1/2 lbs bacon (julienned and browned)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
Recipe
In a large stockpot, cook potatoes in enough salted water to cover for 10 - 12 minutes or until tender.
Drain and return to the stockpot. Add butter, garlic, and sour cream; beat with an electric mixer until smooth. add little milk if needed. Stir in the cheese, bacon, and s&p.
Serve immediately.
