7 medium potatoes
2 TBSP butter, room temp
1/2 cup sour cream, room temp
1/2 cup water milk
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
salt and pepper to taste

Peel and slice/dice potatoes. Boil until tender; drain. Mash with potato masher or electric mixer. Blend in the butter, milk, sour cream, dill weed, salt and pepper.
