    List of Ingredients




    30 Pimento Peppers
    1 pint Vinegar
    1 pint Water
    1/4 Cup Salt
    6 TBSP Sugar

    Recipe



    remove stem ends and seed from peppers. Cover three times with boiling water, allowing water to stand for three minutes each time. Drain. Pack whole or sliced into sterilized jars.

    Combine remaining ingredients and boil for 10 minutes; pour over peppers, seal. Let stand for three weeks before using.
