    Made this for Superbowl and it was delicious -- once you start, you can't stop eating it!

    List of Ingredients




    2 pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup beer (any beer)
    1 env. ranch dressing/dip mix
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese and ranch dip in bowl.
    Gradually add beer until a good consistency.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Serve with pretzels, chips, crackers.
