Mozzarella and Ham Kabobs

Another recipe I've taken from Rita...it's worth it. An easy, tasty appetizer
List of Ingredients
18 oz. fresh small mozzarella balls (marinated) --can do it yourself or buy them already done
1 7 oz. jar roasted red peppers, drained
8 oz. thinly sliced prosciutto
1 bunch fresh basilRecipe
Cut drained red peppers into about 1 inch pieces, cut prosciutto into quarters.
On toothpick, thread 1 piece roasted pepper, 1 marinated mozzarella ball, a basil leaf, then some prosciutto. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate if not using right away.
Makes aboutg 4 1/2 dozen kabobs
