    This has to be the easiest carrot cake in the world!! I was always afraid to make a carrot cake until I was given this recipe. And it tastes great.

    List of Ingredients




    4 eggs
    2 1/2 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 jars baby food carrots
    1 cup salad oil

    Frosting:
    4 oz. cream cheese
    4 tbsp. softened butter
    1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
    chopped walnuts, sprinkled on top

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350.
    Generously grease bundt pan.

    Beat eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients, salad oil, then carrots. You can add walnuts to cake if desired.

    Bake for about 55 minutes.


    ***This cake can be frozen
