    List of Ingredients




    CRUST
    24 nutter butter sandwich cookies
    5 tbsp. butter, melted
    FILLING
    1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 cup creamy peanut butter
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tub (8 oz.) cool whip topping, thawed, divided

    Recipe



    Crush cookies in ziplock bag, with rolling pin or food processor (or blender).
    Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan.

    Mix cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
    Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

    Freeze 4 hours or overnight until firm. Let stand 1/2 hour or until pie can be easily cut.

    Garnish with additional cool whip and cookies, if desired.
