    This is another healthy recipe, plenty of beans and ground turkey. It can also be made without the meat, if you wanted.

    List of Ingredients




    1 onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 pound ground turkey
    3 (15 oz) cans black beans, undrained
    1 (14.5 oz) can crushed tomatoes
    1 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
    1 tbsp. dried oregano
    1 tbsp. dried basil leaves
    1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

    Recipe



    In a large pot cook onion and garlic until onions are translucent. Add turkey and cook, stirring until meat is brown.
    Stir in beans and rest of ingredients.
    Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for about 1 hour.


    The taste definitely improves the next day, but it's great the same day, too!
