    Lynn is a fantastic baker! She always shares her wonderful recipes with us at Grant.

    List of Ingredients




    2 bars German's Sweet Chocolate (8 oz. altogether)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs
    3/4 cups sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 - 1 cup ground pecans

    Recipe



    Melt chocolate with butter and cool.

    Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar a little at a time until thick. Blend in chocolate, add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Blend.

    Add pecans.

    Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Store in airtight container.
