    Aunt Lucy

    Every Christmas Day we go to Aunt Lucy's and Uncle Roy's. Sarah asked Aunt Lucy for her recipe for these cookies because she loves them!!

    List of Ingredients




    6 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup melted crisco (cool)

    4 cups flour
    2 heaping tsp. of baking powder

    Recipe



    Mix the first 4 ingredients with a whisk.

    Add the remaining 2 ingredients.

    Bake at 350 degrees approximately 10 minutes. Remove from heat when cookies look white.

    Frost with a mixture of powdered sugar, water (or milk) and vanilla or anise flavoring.
