    Made this for the first time this past Christmas, tasty cookie, reminds you of a butter cookie.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1 cup butter
    1 cup oil

    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    4 1/4 cups flour

    Recipe



    Cream together 3 first ingredients.
    Add 2 eggs, and vanilla.
    Add dry ingredients.

    Roll dough into small balls (don't overdo).
    With heavy bottom glass or vase, dip in sugar. Smash each ball so they spread out.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
