Cheesy Fondue

This is a very rich fondue
List of Ingredients
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 shallot, chopped finely
2 oz. dry sherry or white wine
1 cup half and half
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 cups gruyere and parmesan
1 tsp. lemon juice
pinch of black pepper
pinch of nutmegRecipe
Saute shallot in the olive oil. Add the sherry, and the half and half. When heated through, add cheeses, stir until combined. Add lemon juice, pepper and nutmeg.
Place on top of sterno and serve with veggies, bread cut in bite size pieces, even fingerling potatoes that have been boiled for 12 minutes.
