    At an afternoon farewell cocktail party, Georgia made her "famous" jello mold. I had never had it before and it was different from what I expected.

    List of Ingredients




    2 small packages apricot or peach jello
    2 12 oz. cans apricot or peach nectar
    1 5 1/2 can evaporated milk
    1/2 pint sour cream

    Recipe



    Dissolve 1 box jello in 1 cup warm nectar.
    Remove from heat and add 2nd cup nectar.
    Stir and pour into a greased mold bowl and refrigerate.

    When jelled add sour cream on top.

    Now pour second layer of jello prepared as follows: dissolve jello in 1 cup of nectar. Remove from heat wait a few minutes to cool. Add small can of evaporated milk.
    Stir and pour over sour cream and refrigerate until ready to serve.
