    My 'Titi' Carol would make this every Thanksgiving...its become a popular sidedish in our family


    List of Ingredients


    • 16 oz. (or 20 oz. bag) frozen, cut-up broccoli cuts
    • 8 oz. velveeta cheese
    • 1 stack Ritz crackers
    • 1 stick margarine (or butter)


    Instructions


    1. Cook broccoli, then drain.
    2. Melt cheese and 1/2 stick margarine.
    3. Mix with broccoli.
    4. Crumble ritz crackers, melt remaining 1/2 stick margarine and mix together.
    5. Put broccoli/cheese mixture in pie pan and place crumbs on top.

    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour...you'll see the cheese bubbling.


    Final Comments


    Easy to double for larger crowds.
