    Texas Cheesecake

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tablespoons sugar
    3 Tablespoons melted butter
    16 ounces cream cheese
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup miniature chocolate chips
    8 caramels
    chopped pecans
    miniature chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Mix first three ingredients together and put in 9" springform pan.

    Mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, sugar and mini chips together and pour over crust.

    Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 250 for 35 minutes. Melt caramels and drizzle over cheese cake. Sprinkle chopped pecans over caramels and more mini chocolate chips over pecans.
