rye bread recipe for bread machine - use setting 11, color: dark
List of Ingredients
3 cups of rye flour
1/2 tsp. yeast
2 eggs (I use only one egg and substitute 1/4 cup water
for the other egg)
1 1/3 cups warm water so i use 1 1/3 cups (plus 1/4 cup in place of egg)
4 tablespoons of oil
1 tsp salt (the recipe calls for 1/2 tsp but i prefer a saltier bread)
2 tablespoons of sugar (I use only 1/2 tsp)
Recipe
put ingredients in bread machine.
