    Note: The following recipe contains uncooked egg whites. If salmonella contamination is a concern in your area, please use pasteurized egg whites or dried egg whites for this recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    3 egg whites
    2 cups (500 ml) apple sauce
    Honey, caramel ice cream topping, or chocolate sauce (optional)

    Recipe



    Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in the apple sauce. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Serve by itself in wine glasses or with topping of your choice if desired. Serves 4 to 6.
