    Hash Brown Potato Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 package of Frozen Hash Browns (I use Shurfine Brand)
    • 1 large onion diced
    • 1 package of Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheese (shredded)
    • Salt and Pepper
    • Place these ingredients in a 9x15 baking dish and mix together.
    • In Microwave in large bowl:
    • Melt 1 stick of margarine, then
    • Add 1 can of Cream of mushroom soup
    • Add 1 Pint of Sour Cream and whisk all three ingredients together.


    Instructions


    1. Pour over hash browns and mix thoroughly. Top with crushed Ritz Crackers or Corn Flakes
      Bake at 325 degrees until browned and bubbly, usually 45 minutes to an hour. Enjoy!!!
