Hash Brown Potato Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 package of Frozen Hash Browns (I use Shurfine Brand)
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 package of Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheese (shredded)
- Salt and Pepper
- Place these ingredients in a 9x15 baking dish and mix together.
- In Microwave in large bowl:
- Melt 1 stick of margarine, then
- Add 1 can of Cream of mushroom soup
- Add 1 Pint of Sour Cream and whisk all three ingredients together.
Instructions
- Pour over hash browns and mix thoroughly. Top with crushed Ritz Crackers or Corn Flakes
Bake at 325 degrees until browned and bubbly, usually 45 minutes to an hour. Enjoy!!!
