    List of Ingredients


    • 3 qts water
    • 1 qt cidar vinegar
    • 10 tblsp salt
    • 2 tblsp pickling spice per jar
    • 3 cloves garlic per jar


    Instructions


    1. Blanch asparagus 2 minutes.
      Put in jars.
    2. Cover with water/vinegar, seal
    3. Process 15 minutes in water bath
