List of Ingredients
- 3 qts water
- 1 qt cidar vinegar
- 10 tblsp salt
- 2 tblsp pickling spice per jar
- 3 cloves garlic per jar
Instructions
- Blanch asparagus 2 minutes.
Put in jars.
- Cover with water/vinegar, seal
- Process 15 minutes in water bath
