Cinnamon Rolls

List of Ingredients
2 pkg yeast
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/4 cup milk
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1/4 tsp mace
5 cups flour
1/2 cup more when kneadingRecipe
1. Sprinkle yeast over warm water, sprinkle 1/2 tsp sugar over this
2. Heat milk to boiling pt
3. Place shortening, sugar, salt, mace in mixing bowl
4. Pour hot milk over step 3
5. Let cool slightly, add eggs (mix)
6. Add 1 cup of flour and mix well
7. Add yeast
8. Add another cup of flour and beat
9. Add enough flour to make a stiff dough
10. Sprinkle flour on board
11. Knead 10 minutes dough should be smooth and not stick to board
12. Let dough rise Then roll out on board.
Next: mix together the following:
5 Tblsp soft butter or margarine
2/3 cup sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
spread margarine on dough then sugar and sinnamon
Roll, cut into 12 pieces
Let rise 1 hour
Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Frosting:
Box of powdered sugar
1 Tblsp vanilla
Just add enough water to make sugar creamy (thick)
Pour over hot rolls
