List of Ingredients



• Mix together:
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 1/2 cup butter
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1/4 cup milk
  
• 1 tsp vinegar
  
• Add:
  
• 2 1/4 cup flour
  
• 1 tsp soda
  
• 1/2 tsp salt
  
• 1 tsp vanilla
  
• Stir in 1/2 cup huckleberries. Place in bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  
• Frosting
  
• 4 oz cream cheese
  
• 2 to 3 cups powdered sugar
  
• dash lemon juice
  
• 2 Tblsp butter
  
• Blend together and spread on cooled bread
