This recipe makes 4 - 9 inch pancakes
List of Ingredients
8 eggs
1 1/3 cup milk
1 1/3 cup flour
1 tsp salt.
Recipe
Mix ingredients in a blender or by hand.
Prepare pie tins. Each tin should be rubbed with 1 Tblsp butter then sprayed with Pam in that order.
Add batter divided evenly into 4 pans.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes
It is delicious. I layer each pancake with sour cream, then cottage cheese then warm apples and pour warm syrup on top.
