    Sausage Egg Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound pork sausage
    • 6 eggs
    • 2 cups milk
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1 tsp ground mustard
    • 6 slices white bread ( cut into 1/2 inch cubes)
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Brown and crumble sausage, drain and set aside.
    2. In large bowl beat eggs, add milk, salt and mustard.
    3. Stir in bread cubes, cheese and sausage.
    4. Pour into greased 11x7 baking dish.
    5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    6. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking.
    7. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees. for 40 minutes.
