    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg white cake mix
    • 1/3 cup green Creme de Menthe
    • 1 can Hershey's Chocolate fudge topping
    • 1 medium size carton of frozen topping
    • 3 -4 Tblsp Green Creme de Menthe


    Instructions


    1. Prepare cake mix as directed on box, only substitute 1/3 cup green Creme de Menthe for 1/3 cup of water called for
    2. Bake as directed on the box Use a 9 x 13 pan
    3. While cake is still warm, spread on the chocolate fudge topping.
    4. Let cake cool until most of the heat has left it and the cake is barely warm
    5. Mix the frozen topping with the remaining Creme de Menthe and spread over the top of the cake after it has been thoroughly cooled and chilled.
    6. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve. Freezes well.
