    Huckleberry Coffee Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tsp cream of tartar

    add:
    1/4 cup oil
    1 egg
    2/3 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla

    Recipe

    Beat until smooth. Fold in 1 cup Huckleberries. Pour into 9" greased floured cake pan.
    In separate bowl mix:
    1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 cup flour, 1/4 cup margarine crumble.
    Sprinkle this mixture over top of huckleberries. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
