List of Ingredients



• Shell
  
• 30 Oreo cookies
  
• 1/3 cup margarine
  
• Filling
  
• 15 Oreo cookies
  
• 20 oz cream cheese softened
  
• 3/4 cup sugar
  
• 3 eggs room temperature
  
• 1/2 cup sour cream
  
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
  






Instructions



1. Shell
   
   
2. Finely roll 30 Oreos and mix with margarine. Press into bottom and sides of pie plate and set aside.
   
   
3. Heat oven to 350 degrees
   
   
4. Coarsely chop oreo cookies and set aside.
   
   
5. Filling Beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy.
   
   
6. Blend in egg, sour cream, and vanilla.
   
   
7. Fold in oreo cookies.
   
   
8. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
   
   
9. Bake for 60 minutes or until set
   
   
10. Cool on wire rack and chill for 4 hours.
    
    
11. Halve remaining cookies.
    
    
12. Garnish with whipped cream and cookie halves
