Turtle Cake

List of Ingredients
German chocolate cake mix.
Mix according to directions.
Put 1.2 in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees
14 oz caramels, melt with 1/2 cup evaporated milk and 3/4 cup margarine. Mix over stove till creamy.
Add to cooked cake mixture.
Then top with chocolate chips and nuts.
Add remaining cake mixture on top and continue baking
for an additional 15 minutes.
