    List of Ingredients




    6 lg boiled potatoes with skins on
    2 cups sour cream
    1 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1 bunch green onions
    1 1/2 tsp salt
    1 1/2 tsp pepper
    1 1/2 tsp paprika

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes in jackets then grate
    Add all but 1/2 cup cheese and mix together
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Set over night in refrigerator
    Bake 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes.
