Zucchini Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups diced peeled zucchini
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 grated onion
- 1 - 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 box stove top stuffing
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup margarine
Instructions
- Boil zucchini in salted water 4 minutes and drain.
Mix all together in large bowl and put in greased casserole dish.
- Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted margarine.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
