    Zucchini and Hamburger Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 medium zuchini, sliced
    • 2 lbs hamburger
    • 1 green pepper, chopped in small pieces
    • 1 small onion
    • 4 cups bread cubes
    • 2 (8oz) cans tomato sauce
    • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cook hamburger, pepper, onion in pan.
    2. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
    3. When cooked add bread.
    4. Line casserole with zucchini slices and then cooked mixture.
    5. Pour sauce over and then cheese.
    6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or till done.
