Nutty Tarts

these tarts are great for Christmas. Although they are good no matter when you eat them.
List of Ingredients
Mix together:
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine
3 Tblsp milk
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2 eggs beaten
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
Pillsbury pie crust rolled outRecipe
With the Pillsbury pie crust dough just roll it out a little bit then with a glass or round cookie cutter cut out circles make sure they are big enough to place into a regular size cupcake pan with the edges just up a 1/4 of an inch or so from the bottom of the pan
Spoon into crust a Tblsp of mixture try to make sure it doesn't go over the edges. That makes it a little messier to get out of the pan.
Bake for 8 minutes at 400 degrees
then turn oven down to 350 for 10 minutes
this is when a double oven comes in handy.
Cool sometimes you need to go around the edges with a knife to get out.
