Anise Biscotti

List of Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 5 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 Tblsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup anise seed
- 1/4 cup anisette liquor
- 2 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tblsp water
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
Add the rest.
- Chill three hours.
- Divide into 5 loaves on three cookie sheets.
- Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
- Cool 20 minutes
- Slice at a slight angle
- Bake on each side 7 minutes, at 350 degrees
until slightly browned
