Recipe Introduction

Usually when we make the meat and spinach ravs we make a batch of cheese. The dough recipe is with the meat ravs. Usually there is enough dough for these after you do the meat ones.

List of Ingredients

Cheese filling for 100 Ravs
1 lb ricotta cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
Tblsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper






Recipe

mix together and set overnight in refrigerator.
