Meat and Spinach Ravioli

This recipe makes 200 Ravs. Included in the recipe is the dough recipe also.
List of Ingredients
2 lbs. hamburger
2 lbs. pork sausage
6 eggs
4 pkgs chopped frozen spinach
1 cup grated Romano cheese
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
add sweet basil, garlic chopped, oregano to taste
Dough
16 eggs
16 cups flour
1 cup oil
4 tsp salt
2 cups water
Recipe
Brown meats make sure it is very finely shredded, add rest of ingredients. Let sit overnight in refrigerator.
For the dough if you have a heavy duty electric mixer it makes it easier to get dough mixed otherwise a really big bowl and some strong arms for mixing are needed.
I use a pasta machine to roll out the dough in two long strips. Then if you have a ravioli maker you can do about a dozen at a time.
Put on lightly floured cookie sheets put in freezer.
After they are frozen put in bags. When you cook them you can either bake them in the oven with sauce or carefully boil them on the stove they only take a few minutes to cook on the stove. They can break easy they are fragile.
