    Mom Easter Bread

    Recipe Introduction

    mom made this at Easter and gave it away. Each batch makes 5 eggs.

    List of Ingredients

    6 well beaten eggs
    1 cup sugar
    rind of lemon or orange
    1 T vanilla
    1 cube butter
    3 tsp baking powder
    juice from one lemon or orange
    5 c flour approximately






    Recipe

    mix all together. Then divide into 5 loaves shape of eggs.

    cook 350 degrees for about 35 minutes


    Make butter cream icing. Frost when cool. decorate
