    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup oil
    1 to 2 garlic buds
    1/4 tsp oregano
    1/4 tsp rosemary
    1 tsp marjoram
    1 tsp ginger
    1 cup wine (burgandy for beef and white for chicken)
    1 Tblsp wine vinegar
    2 cups beef broth or chicken broth

    Recipe



    Mix all together.
    Let meat stand in this over night.
    Drain when ready to roast.
