Loin of Pork in Red Wine

List of Ingredients
cook 2 hours at 350 degrees
3 to 4 pound pork loin
rub into pork
salt and peper
sage
nutmeg
put oil in pan and brown pork on top of stove
put pork in pan and add these
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup choppped parsley
1 bay leaf
1 cup dry red wine
cook together 40 minutes in pan
1 cup canned beef broth
whole onions and new potatoes
add the above to pork roast and cook an addtional 20 minutes together.
