- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 cut up fryers
- salad oil
Instructions
- Season flour, add baking powder and milk
- Dip chicken in buttermilk then roll in seasoned flour.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours
- Fry in oil
