    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup flour
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp paprika
    • 1 cup buttermilk
    • 1 tsp baking powder
    • 2 cut up fryers
    • salad oil


    Instructions


    1. Season flour, add baking powder and milk
    2. Dip chicken in buttermilk then roll in seasoned flour.
    3. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours
    4. Fry in oil
