    Chicken Enchiladas

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg flour tortillas medium size
    • cooked chicken breasts about 4
    • 8 oz sour cream
    • Picante sauce
    • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
    • Monterey Jack cheese shredded
    • 1 1/2 cups milk


    Instructions


    1. Mix soup with 1 1/2 cups milk.Pour just enough soup in a 9 x 13 pan to cover the bottom.

    2. In each tortilla spread 1 Tblsp sour cream, 2 Tblsp Picante sauce and cooked chicken.

    3. 6 rolled up tortillas will fit in a 9 x 13 pan so this will make 2 pans.

    4. Pour remaining sauce over tortillas making sure all is covered.

    5. Cover with Monterey Jack cheese.

    6. Bake at 350 degrees. for 30 minutes.
