    This is for low fat, low sugar. You don't have to use reduced or sugar free products for this to be delicious


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tblsp natural, reduced fat peanut butter
    • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
    • 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice
    • 4 pkgs of splenda or sugar
    • 2 tblsp curry powder
    • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
    • 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cubed


    Instructions


    1. In mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, sugar, curry powder, garlic and hot pepper sauce..
    2. Place the chicken breasts in the marinade and refrigerate.
    3. Let the chicken marinate at least 2 hours
    4. Place on skewers, then grill on the BBQ
    5. These are great for making in large quantity and eat throughout the week
