    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    2 Tblsp flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 3/4 cup pineapple juice
    2 eggs beaten
    1 Tblsp lemon juice
    combine sugar, flour and 1/2 tsp salt. Gradually stir in pineapple juice and eggs cook stirring until thick add lemon juice cool
    Meanwhile while above is cooling.
    Boil wtr with oil and remaining salt.
    Cook 1 pkg 16 oz pastina (acini De Pepe pasta)
    drain, rinse and cool
    combine egg mixture and pasta refrigerate airtight over night
    in the morning add the following :
    Drained
    3 cans 11 oz mandarin oranges
    2 cans 20 oz chunk pineapple
    1 20 oz can crushed pineapple
    1 carton 9 oz cool whip
    1 cup mini marshmallows
    1 cup coconut
