Creamy Cheese and Onion Soup

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 5 mediun onions, diced
- 1 Tblsp flour
- 1 (10 oz) can condensed consomme'
- 2 beef boullion cubes
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
- 2 cups shredded Jack cheese
- grated parmesean cheese
Instructions
- Melt butter, saute onions until soft, thicken with flour, stir in remaining ingredients.
(except Jack cheese) & parmesean.
- Simmer gently 15 minutes
- Stir in cheeses until melted.
- Makes 1 1/2 qts.
