Zucchini Soup

Recipe Introduction
This soup is the best soup I have ever tasted.
List of Ingredients
Saute' for 10 minutes:
2 Tblsp oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 cups chopped zucchini with skin on
1/2 tsp salt
Add and cook:
1 Tblsp flour
Add 5 cups chicken broth with the above
Bring to a boil and cook
5 to 10 minutes until zucchini is a little soft.
Puree' in the blender
Serve hot or cold
If desired serve with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle of cheese
