2 – 8 ounce cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 package dry Ranch dressing mix

Mix the above ingredients and spread evenly on 8 – 10’ flour tortillas.
On top of this put finely chopped vegetables of your choice. Ada suggests Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots, Onions, and Peppers. Top all with finely shredded Guggisberg Baby Swiss Cheese and roll up in jelly roll fashion. Refrigerate several hours. Cut in about 1 inch slices.
