    Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

    List of Ingredients


    2 lbs mushrooms
    8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
    1 pound crabmeat
    1 whole green pepper, diced
    1/2 whole yellow onion, chopped
    1 package shredded Parmesan cheese

    All You Do

    Cut stems off mushrooms. Place closely together on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Heat oven to 375 degrees.
    Mix cream cheese, chopped crabmeat, green pepper and onion in a bowl. Spread into mushroom caps carefully.
    Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese after removing mushrooms from oven.

    Serve with a dry white Bordeaux, Cabernet Sauvignon or dry Chardonnay.
