    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter

    List of Ingredients




    1/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Tartar Sauce
    1 egg(s)
    2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper(s)
    2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion(s)
    1/4 teaspoon Lawry’s® Seasoned Salt
    1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, *
    1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained and flaked
    2/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs
    1 tablespoon I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter!® Spread - stick



    1. In medium bowl, combine Hellmann's Tartar Sauce, egg, red pepper, green onions, seasoned salt and hot pepper sauce. Stir in crabmeat and 1/3 cup bread crumbs. Shape crab mixture into 4 patties, then dip in remaining 1/3 cup bread crumbs until evenly coated.
    2. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt Spread over medium heat and cook crab cakes, turning once, 6 minutes or until golden brown. Serve, if desired, with additional Tartar Sauce.
    3. *Use more or less to taste.
    Serves: 4
