1 loaf mini deli rye bread
1/2 cup sauerkraut
1/2 pound pastrami, sliced thin
1/2 pound Swiss cheese, sliced thin
1/2 cup thousand island salad dressing
Recipe
1. Cut Swiss cheese and pastrami slices so they will fit on the pieces of
bread without hanging over the edge.
2. On each piece of bread, place a small amount of pastrami followed by about 1 teaspoon of sauerkraut and 1 teaspoon thousand island dressing.
3. Top each with a piece of Swiss cheese.
4. Bake in the oven at 375 for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
5. Serve warm.
